Vielleicht etwas hochgegriffen, aber wie einst Bürgermeisterin Hilde Zach meinte: „Innsbruck ist Weltstadt“. In diesem Sinne bringen wir täglich ein Stück große Welt in unsere kleine, geliebte Stadt.

Maybe that’s a bit much – but as former mayor Hilde Zach once said: “Innsbruck is a world city.” So every day, we bring a little piece of the big world to our beloved small town.

Zugegeben: In Tiroler Tälern ist das manchmal gar nicht so einfach. Aber genau deshalb gibt’s uns. Urbane Vibes mit Einflüssen aus aller Welt, ein Schuss Streetart, Rezepte mit Seele. Unsere Gerichte wirken wie von früher – und schmecken nach heute. Regional, frisch gekocht, kreativ gedacht. Und vor allem: leistbar. Denn dein Hunger soll groß sein, nicht dein CO₂-Fußabdruck.

Unser Konzept ist anders – und das bleibt auch so. Während andere mit der Zeit nachlassen, legen wir nach. Aus Prinzip. Weil Idealismus bei uns mehr zählt als Marketingsprech. Deshalb findest du bei uns keine austauschbare Hipsterkarte, sondern echte Handschrift: Omeletts, Frühstückskombis, Süßspeisen und selbst gemachte Aufstriche – alles auch "Customer made". Und plötzlich wird die Welt für ein paar Stunden zärtlicher.

That’s why you won’t find some generic hipster menu here – but our own signature style: omelettes, brunch combos, sweet treats and homemade spreads – all “customer made” if you like. And suddenly, the world feels softer for a few hours.

aktosefrei, glutenfrei, vegetarisch, vegan – bei uns wirst du fündig. Hafermilch? Haben wir, ohne Aufpreis. Glutenfreies Brot? Natürlich, ohne Aufpreis. Wir nehmen dich ernst – und dein Frühstück auch. Nur bei individuellen Ernährungs-Spleens steigen wir aus. Aber hey: Bring dein Spezialgericht einfach mit, wir stellen Teller und Besteck. Wichtig ist doch, dass du eine gute Zeit mit deinen Leuten hast.

Lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan – you’ll find options here. Oat milk? Of course, no extra charge. Gluten-free bread? Naturally, and also free of extra fees. We take you seriously – and your breakfast too. Just one thing: for very specific food quirks, we might not be the right fit. But no worries – bring your own dish if needed, we’ll provide the plate and cutlery. What matters most is that you enjoy your time with your people.
